A Fantastic Award Season!

It has been a fantastic few weeks for everyone here at Paradigm Shift Consulting, with some wonderful recognition across both the Northamptonshire business community and the pharmaceutical industry!

We are incredibly proud to have been recognised with not one but two awards, to have been finalists across a number of other categories, and to have had the opportunity to sponsor awards that celebrate some of the brilliant businesses and people within our communities.

Most importantly, both of our wins recognise something that is genuinely important to us as a business, our people, our values and out commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Winner: Diversity in the Workplace- Northamptonshire Business Awards

We were absolutely delighted to be named as the winner of the Diversity in the Workplace Award at the Northamptonshire Business Awards, sponsored by IT Fixio.

It is a particularly meaningful award for us because diversity and inclusion are at the heart of what we do at Paradigm Shift Consulting.

Our diverse workforce has been developed naturally and organically through our approach to recruitment. We shy away from traditional recruitment methods and instead we bring together consultants based on their experience, knowledge, expertise and, above all, their commitment to quality. This has created a team of over 30 consultants with a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences, and we believe that makes us stronger as a business and better able to support our clients.

We would like to say a huge thank you to IT Fixio for sponsoring the award and recognising the importance of diversity in the workplace.

We would also like to congratulate our fellow finalists, Hireful and G4S HMP Five Wells. Being recognised alongside such strong organisations was a real honour, and we were delighted to share the category with you.

Finalists across four other Northamptonshire awards

The Diversity in the Workplace Award was not our only success at the Northamptonshire Business Awards. We were also incredibly proud to be finalists in four other categories.

Although we were not successful in taking home these awards, being shortlisted was a fantastic achievement and recognition of the hard work and growth of our team.

High Growth Business of the Year

Congratulations to Inter County Service Group Limited, winners of the High Growth Business of the Year Award sponsored by Simply Business Services.
A big well done too to fellow finalists Pro Tiler Tools and Jaytrac Limited. To be recognised amongst such successful and ambitious businesses is a fantastic achievement.

Small Business of the Year

Congratulations to Jaytrac Limited on winning the Small Business of the Year award, sponsored by KCI.We would also like to congratulate fellow finalists Medi8 Therapy and Fli-FI Ltd. It was fantastic to see such a diverse range of small businesses represented in this category. 

Workplace Wellbeing

A huge congratulations to Accommodation Concern, winners of the Workplace Wellbeing Award, sponsored by HSBC.

Well done too to fellow finalists Trilogy Active and Fletchers Solicitors. Supporting the wellbeing of employees is such an important part of building successful organisations, so it was great to see businesses recognised for their work in this area.

Congratulations to The NX Group, winners of Employer of the Year Award, sponsored by Azets.
And a big well done to fellow finalists Inter County Service Group and Fletchers Solicitors. Being recognised for the way you support, develop, and invest in your people is a fantastic achievement, all of the finalists should be incredibly proud.

There was another special moment for Paradigm Shift at the Northamptonshire Business Awards, as we were delighted to sponsor the Best New Business of the Year award.

Congratulations to Something Blue Bakery Ltd on taking home the award.

We would like to give a huge amount of credit to the other finalists, Evoke Country and Equestrian, Kairos Training and Fiona Stacey Sales Specialist.

As sponsors, we had the difficult job of choosing a winner, and it certainly was not an easy decision! The quality of entries was exceptional, with every finalist demonstrating the passion, commitment and entrepreneurial spirit that makes Northamptonshire’s business community so impressive.

Winner: Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Strategy – Pharma Industry Awards

Our success continued at the Pharma Industry Awards, where Paradigm Shift Consulting was delighted to be named the winner of the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion strategy Award.

Winning two awards that recognise our commitment to diversity and inclusion, across two very different award programmes, is something of which we are incredibly proud. We were also delighted to be finalists alongside Fujifilm Biotechnologies Ltd, and we would like to congratulate them on being shortlisted.

For us, diversity and inclusion are not simply something we aspire to. It is embedded in the way we build out team and work with our clients. We believe that bringing together people with different experiences, perspectives and expertise creates stronger organisations and better outcomes.

To have this approach recognised by the Pharma Industry Awards is a fantastic endorsement of the culture we are building at Paradigm.

Finalists for Pharma Contract Services Company of the Year

We were also delighted to be finalists for the Pharma Contract Services Company of the Year award, sponsored by QuickSTAT.

Congratulations to Emarol on taking home the award and a huge well done to follow finalists Cellomatrix Bioscience Ltd, Orion GxP, and Pharmalane UK.

To be shortlisted amongst such an impressive group of organisations was a great achievement, and we are proud to have been part of the category.

Pharma Company of the Year

Congratulations to Ipsen Biopharm, winner of the Pharma Company of the Year awards. We would also like to congratulate fellow finalists CNX Therapies, LD Collins and Co Ltd and Upperton Pharma Services.

The standard of entries was a fantastic reflection of the innovations, expertise and commitment that exists across the pharmaceutical industry, and it was a privilege to play a part in recognising that success.

 

Pharma Education and Graduate Training

We were also proud to sponsor the Pharma Education and Training Award.

Celebrating our people and industry

Looking back across both awards programmes, we feel incredibly proud of what Paradigm Shift Consulting have achieved. To be finalists in so many categories, win two awards and have the opportunity to sponsor and celebrate other successful businesses is a fantastic reflection of the hard work and commitment of our entire team.

But awards are not just about winning, they provide an opportunity to stop, look back at what has been achieved and celebrate the people who make it possible.

For us, out two wins for Diversity in the Workplace and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Strategy are particularly special. They reinforce something we genuinely believe that building diverse teams happens when you focus on finding great people with the right experience, knowledge, expertise, and values, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

We would like to once again congratulate all of the winners, finalists, and nominees across both the Northamptonshire Business Awards and Pharma Industry Awards, there were some truly outstanding businesses and individuals recognised, and we are proud to be part of such vibrant, forward-thinking communities.

The Northamptonshire Business Awards provided a brilliant, entertaining eventing celebrating the achievements of businesses across the county, while the Pharma Industry Awards offered a fantastic opportunity for the pharmaceutical community to come together and recognise the people and organisations driving the industry forward.
