Reflecting on Our Journey

Being named a finalist for Business of the Year gives us a chance to reflect on the journey that has brought us here.

2024 was a landmark year for Paradigm Shift Consulting. We were proud to win the High Growth Business of the Year Award, a recognition of the rapid expansion we experienced while continuing to uphold the highest standards in our services. We were also finalists in the Diversity in the Workplace category, which was a particularly proud moment because diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of our company culture.

Our growth has been driven by a simple but powerful mission: to raise standards in pharmaceutical distribution by helping companies achieve and maintain full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP). We offer a full suite of services, from quality management system implementation and SOP development to external audits and Responsible Person (RP) placement and support. Our award winning GDP education and training, which includes introductory courses, RP refresher training, and management-level development are designed to meet the needs of businesses across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

These services are not just about ticking regulatory boxes; they are about safeguarding patients by ensuring that medicines are stored, transported, and distributed safely and effectively. That sense of purpose is what fuels our passion as a team.
