The Paradigm team have worked with a number of industry experts to create online GDP training courses covering the GDP Guidelines (2013/C 343/01) and going into further detail on a variety of Good Distribution Practice areas, including:

This are just a few examples of the topics covered by our courses and we have many more to come!
GDP training is a requirement for ALL personnel involved in wholesale distribution of medicinal products, which includes cleaners and admin staff. At the very least you should complete training on your company’s SOPs and the GDP Guidelines before you start your role and then continuously (we recommend at least annually). We have a course that covers all chapters of the guidelines, an ‘awareness’ course covering the basics and as well courses that go into further detail on what is included.
We recommend having further training into the areas you work in and RPs/management should be looking to take as many training courses as they can to ensure they understand how to maintain compliance.
All of our online GDP training courses have pre and post-training tests (as with our face-to-face course), allowing you to show your increase in knowledge, and if you pass the post-test you will receive a certificate. These can be downloaded/printed and placed in your records as evidence of training.
We know that it can be difficult taking the time out of work to attend a course, which is why online GDP training courses allow you to be flexible on where and when you complete them. This means you can go at your own pace taking notes as you go, which is especially helpful when you have a busy schedule (travelling to a course can be time-consuming), or a large group that needs training.
If you do require training for a large number of personnel, we can create a ‘group’ and enrol all members into your chosen course(s). A group leader will be appointed who will be able to access the results of all members, allowing you to monitor their progress and who has completed.
What’s different about our online training courses?
We have often been asked if online courses are good or worth the money and from what we have seen before, we would always say face to face is the better option.
Bearing in mind that wherever you source your test or examination, you are going to be subject to inspection scrutiny and auditing, which needs to show that your training is good, up to date and from a registered, reliable and accountable source. (Paradigm Shift Consulting for example is Cogent Assured).
Our training system is designed to help you meet the high standards expected in the industry. Your personal account with us is transparent in as much that you can access your own record of progress on all your courses at any time: You can see how well you have done, and where you think you could improve, or if there are examinations you feel you should do again. You can also see which ones are going to expire, as you will need to take refresher courses annually.
